How to create a DLL form

Hi all,

This is what I prefer
1. I need to create a Login Form and comiple it into a DLL.
2. Create a multi applications using the same Login form above.

This is what could be done, but as a newbie of C# I would like to ask to.

1. Create an application called Main and another form called Login
2. When a main form initialize, a Login form will be topmost and wait for user to enter info.
3. After successfully authenitcation form Login Form. Main form will display.

Please help with a sample code it very helpful.
