How to change image in database with c#

Hi Dear Senior Programmers

                Please help me.I am write small humanresource program with c#.This program include database.Database values are ID,Name,Rank,ServiceLocation,Salary and Image.My problems with  Edit button.For example ......Name search box in fill "John" then Search button clicked.Then John Details show in txtbox.Image show in picturebox.Then edit to John picture in picture box. But John picture did saved in database.This saved picture how to replace new image from  picturebox.Please explain with comment code to me.Thank you............
