how to catch mouse messages

Question

Hi, im tring to catch the Ctrl+mouse event on win xp. a good example for that would be teh babylon dictionary. I need a way to catch that events with my program minimized to tray (runing in the background) - when you catch it you can pop your program or do something... I looked over the net and all i found is for event ON the form.... Thanks.
