How to build a maximizable form without a maximize button

Question

In some applications (like Visual Studio 2005), you see a file open dialog box without minimize/maximize button. By double clicking the form header the form will maximize. The form also contains a System menu where you can maximize the form.

How can i make my own forms like this in VS 2005.
