How to append the controls automatically after the postback.

Question

Hi,

    How to append asp.net web controls automatically after the postback at the end of the page load.

  

    For eg., in facebook, if i reach the end of the facebook page, it will be automatically postback and add some contents on it.

 

    Pls give me the solution.
