how done web hosting

hi every one
 i have a problem. hope u all help me . & make me over come that problem .
 i created a a website using asp.net 3.5 & sql express edition 2005.
 1) from where i found free web space to host my site. if i found then what to do.
2) what setting i have to make in my project  to deploy it on that  web sever.
