How do you delete descriptive metadata from a small organization's network (server - 10 clients)?

Question

Suppose a file is copyed from a server by a client, then it travels through the network. A server - client application is developed, the application runs on the server and the clients as a service which starts when CPU's boot. I want to make a service which periodically deletes the file and its metadata (at the end of the day all specified data is deleted from the clients).
