How can i switch frm windows application to web application?

...!!!!     NEED HELP     !!!....

Hello guy's , i working in small company as .net developer from last 1 year 6 months and career growth is very limited even salary is not good.
we do work on windows forms as application but now i want to move my career from windows to web application (ASP.NET,SQL SERVER 2008 like technology).
Even i also knowledge on asp.net,javascript,sql server,linq

what should i do ?
