How can I make a "Play Again" button restart application from a custom dialog box?

Hey guys,

In my app, when it has completed it shows a custom dialog box.

I have a button on that form for Play Again, where the user could start over. 

I cannot quite figure this one out -- ( where is the goto line 10 command in C#??? j/k )
