Horizontal scrolling (panning) with tilt wheel mouse

Question

I just bought a MS tilt wheel mouse, and using a datagrid, it won't respond to a horizontal scroll action from the mouse (there is a horizontal scrollbar, and it does respond to mouse clicks on it). Vertical scrolling works just fine. And horizontal scrolling works in a multiline non-word wrap text box. Any idea how to make this work with a datagrid? Thanks, Dan
