hidden program

Question

hello, i am creating a system tray program, there are few question i want to ask: 1. Is that anyway that i could create a system tray program that users are not able to close it ?The program will auto start when user log-in,but user's are not allow to close it. 2. When this system tray program is running, is it posibble do not show it in the Task Manager because users will able to shutdown the program if he end the process in the task manager ?
