GUIDE ME , What should I do?

Question

I have completed my BCA in open mode from Dr. C.V. Raman University, Bilaspur and GNIIT (complete 3 year course) as my qualification. I also cleared a MCP exam of 2005, digital certificate of which is I am having. Since last 10 months, I am working for a marketing company, because I didnt got my GNIIT degree at that time when I joined the marketing company, Now I am having my degree of BCA and GNIIT both. As, I am working for a marketing company, I think i forget the basics from my GNIIT classes, I think I will recognize if I will go through it . So please tell me should I have to look for a job as a fresher or do my marketing experience gonna help me in It field? How much I will be paid if I will get selected in a company as per my qualification? How much I will get paid as minimum as I also cleared Microsoft exam of SQl 2005 and as per my qualification? I want to do Higher education later after joining a company of IT field.

Please Guide me in detail, what and how should I do.
