Give me steps to create ActiveX (user control) in c#.net

Question

Can anyone give me steps to create ActiveX (user control) in c#.net.

I already tried to create using following link, but its not working.

I think i have made some mistakes while creating. plz give me the full details to follow while creating the control and how to use it in web page, configuration change has to be done in IE options?
