Getting WebMethods

Question

Please, I need to get throught an URL all the WebMethods and DataSets from a WebService. For example, when the user type the WebService URL "http://localhost/teste.asmx", how can I take all the WebMethods and DataSets from that WebService. I hope you help me! Thank you!
