getting info out of text

Question

HRS. 10.20 LDGS: 3 TAFB 15.20 --------------------------------------------- as you see its Plain Text.. now how do i get the info out of it.. for example if i have a class named Flight,,, how do i get each flight of these 3 flights and put its info inside a class... i just need a mechanism to search through the plain text..... i am really confused.. any hints or code please.. thanks in advance....
