Finger Touch Screen Windows Application C#

Question

 Hi,
I need to develops Finger Touch Screen  Windows (Form)Application  c# not a Mobile application.
I've no idea how can i capture finger touch events.
 I've no idea even about what driver (Hardware i should use).
could anybody helps me out. Please do needful if u can. It's Urgent.
