Export into excel using data set in dot net frame work 1.1 and save in a shared path after every 15 minutes and schedule the task

Question

Hi ,
I am using Dot net frame work 1.1 and MS Office 2003. At server no office is installed.
My requirement is :
I need to a stored procedure automatically and save data in a shared path by creating a new folder.
eg:
C://Abc/
 
Folder name should be current date and sheet name should be time.
eg: 8:00,8:15
This should run every day by creating a folder current date in a shared path. After that based on the time it should add the results in a sheet.
