Export Data Grid to Excel ........doubt........ ???

Hi, For Export Data Grid to Excel am using the code given in this site. But it giving some error message "Unable to read file" from MS Excel............ but On clicking OK button values are converting to excel properly. My problem is that error message. How I can avoid that? If any one knows pls give me a replay................ Thanks, Jovin
