Can anyone help me with the following?
1. What percentage of extra effort is required to develop a multithreaded Windows Application as compared to developing a normal Windows Application?
2. What percentage of extra effort is required to develop a Windows Service as compared to developing a Windows Application.
Are there industry benchmarks available for the above?
It will be of immense help if bifurcation of effort in terms of design, construction and testing phases are provided.
