edit a datagrid in winforms control

Question

Hi Could u please tell me - how to update,insert , delete in datagrid itself, not in other txtbox columns ... I used cell_changed, but I don't know to how to get cell's new value & how to update, Iwant to do like automatially, not when user presses save button.... when current cell changed , it saved automatically....... If u know the answer , pls give me reply thanks a lot in advance regards. Meenu.
