Drag file from Form(Drag and Drop)

Question

I would like to implement a Drag and Drop functionality for files in an application of mine. The "droping" of the files works fine. But I also want to be able to drag a file from my application. All i know about file in the "drag moment" is the path. Does anyone know how I can do that?
