Don't have permissions to inherit Image class

Question

Greetings all I need to inherit the Image class. It seems my object can't inherit this class cause i havn't supplied the right permission attribute. Can someone help me with that, what is the attribute being used in the Image class. (Or is my problem entirly somthing else?)
