Dialog looks different on another computer

Hi there,

The design of my dialog looks different on there computer, examples are custom controls are looking different with buttons in different locations and font sizes? Additionally the dialog exeeds the size of there screen, the pixel sizes of the dialogs should fit their resolution? Is there some Windows settings messing with the dialogs or something?
