Database connectivity

Question

Hi Friends......

I developed my application successfully...it works.But I have a problem.It's when I'm going to publish/deploy my application I cant get my database into my application.I'm using VS2008 and SQL 2005 express.
Actually my database query in server and it's not local.It's not visible in server explorer too.I want get it inside the application.

I can still run my application successfully in my pc after the installation since I have that db in my machine.but when I'm going to run that app in another pc it doesnt work.
I think you can understand my problem....

Can anyone give me a solution......???Please somebody help me to do this.I'm stuck with this problem.
