crm 2011 -- I want to find the ,User has read my mail or not

Question

Hi All,

In MS CRM 2011-------------

I want to find the , User has read my mail or not.

Clicked on which link in the mail.

If user do so, some acknowledgement should be sent to me without notify the user.
