Creating setup file for windows application(C# 2008)

Question

I have created a desktop application in visual studio 2008(c#3.5 and Sql Server 2005)...I want to deploy the software.Please tell me how to build set up such that there will be no need to install .net and sql server 2005 on clients machine.
