creating package for windows service in vb .net

Question

hello everyone,
im new to vb .net and need to install a windows service but not using "installutil.exe"
i need to do it using set up project but it is giving me some problem in installation like "source was not found... and security log".
please provide me with some suggestions on how to do it.
any help is appricaited.
