Creating a custom checkbox

Question

Does anyone know how I can create a custom checkbox and add a custom property to it? I would like to have a property similar to Enable but just the opposite. It would be a boolean called "disable" (when the box is checked I want it to pass false, when unchecked, pass true) but I'm not sure how to create the property. Any help is much appreciated.
