Create Database SQL Server with VB or VB.Net

Question

Hello who can help me, please... I have tried to Creating a SQL Server database programmatically using VB.NET, but I want to Create using textbox1.text where user can enter database name (Database Location) into textbox1.text. Examples : I want enter to textbox1.text = DBSales or use Browse to search the location where the Database will be saved, and then Database was created with Name DBSales in the location that user choose.
