C++ to C# Portability?

Question

Is it possible to port a C++ app to C# and not require my customers to download the entire 22mb .NET Framework? Like maybe strip out a few of the dll's that are required and package those with the application? Trying to take someone into dloading a 2mb file is hard enough for some of the people I'm dealing with and am afraid of trying to get them to dload the .net framework, let alone get them to install it.
