copy folder with progressbar

HI, I'm new here. my first question is how to copy all dir and sub dirs with a flying animation progressbar. I dont' want to use the API Shfileoperation. Right now i can copy all files and sub folders using recursive function but i just can't figure out how to get it to work with a progress bar to show the percentage that the copying process is on. Thanks for your help.
