contact between windows forms

Question

ok, my problem is actually probably quite simple! but i just can't solve it by myself.. so i need to pass data between windows forms. i'm creating a guiz (just as help of learning). in this quiz the forms should pass "int points" to another form!? int points is growing if you're answer is right.. please help me!!
