Connection Pool Problem

Hi All, Am facing a problem with SQL Connection.The Connection pool gets filled soon.Since the site is already live,no change can be done in code.Is there some solution which can be done in WEB.CONFIG file or the db[MS SQL Server 2005] that would help to solve the connection pool filling problem.
