[conditional] statement in C#

Question

Hi I have one query about "Conditional" tag. If I'll include #define tag at the beginning of code and if I won't include [Conditional] statement in code below, then it won't give any error and no difference in output also. Can you explain me the reason behind this? Thanks and Regards Asawari
