Compatibility problem between framework 1.0 and 2.0

Question

hi guys;
The computer that i compiled my code has framework 1.1 and 2.0 but when i try to run the code in diffrerent computer which has framework 1.1 i got an error message that saying i have to install 2.0. is there any way to solve this problem without updating framework.
