Compare Strings inside regular expression failure

Hello All,

I am providing the details of the script which is developed in vbscript:
there are two input files.I need to compare both and categorize has Changed,New,Identical but after using regular expression, the string comparing fails.Actually this should pass i am attaching the related files.In the message box its displaying "1" but it should display "0".


Please change the path in ini for the text files location.
