Change Local Users and Groups

Question

Hi, I'm trying to write a windows service to read from a database and change passwords for a group of local users on a windows 2003 machine (saves me going through them by hand and changing the passwords every month). Does anyone have any pointers in the right direction on what a windows service has to do to access the local users and change their passwords? thanks in advance, matt
