Cannot open service on computer

Question

Hello;

 

       I am tring to start/stop task of scheduler using windows application. But get error: "Cannot open TstService service on computer "

 

I have tried many blogs where they mostly  adviced  to use manifest file or run application using administrator etc.

     But I did not get solution.  Please help.
