Cannot create an empty project !?

Question

Hey, I´m running Windows x64 Edition SP2 with Visual C# 2005 Express Edition ( with SP 1 ) and I just can´t create a new project. I always get the error "Project creation failed" I uninstalled everything ( including .NET 2.0 ) and reinstalling, but it didn´t help. Is there a logfile somewhere? I couldn´t find one. Any help apreciated :-)
