can u check this and solve this solution for me (while deploying i'm geeting this error)

hi frds, while deploying publishing websites i'm getting error in web config file and some errors, so each and every time while deploying i'm getting like this. solve this for me......

Parser Error

Parser Error Message: Could not load the assembly 'App_Web_vw9ykbei'. Make sure that it is compiled before accessing the page.
