can anybody tell how to save video amd image into sql server

Hi

   Actually  i have a form having fields for entering question , options and answer simulteneously we need to add image and video of a particular question in the same page ...After that i am not able save to image and video data to database.Can anybody tell how to save video and images to database..Using Asp.net MVC application...
