C# web application

Question

Hello all, Am working on a web application using visual studio.net, but I am getting this error: Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging the web server. The server does not support debugging of ASP.NET or ATL Server applications. What does this mean, I checked and reinstalled the server components from vs.net but still the same. Please advice
