c# + Microsoft Excel 2003

HI at all! I've got a problem with C# and Excel 2003! I used the Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll from COM list to open a formated excel file! But I got this error: "Access denied" Does anyone know how to handle this? Thx to all!
