C# - HELP REQUEST - How to create a semi/transparent WindowForm with opaque controls

I was wondering how to create a window form that is transparent but it also maintain the controls and panels opacity to normal.  Setting opacity property on Window Form will not work cause it will make the window and everything inside it transparent the same as the window.  Also tried to make a Semitransparent PNG and use it as a background and didn't work.   I'm trying to get a cool look like this:  Thanks anyone for those willing to help,   Sanxer.
