C# Deligates

Hi,

Can Some Body help me to understand about deligetes,what is deligate, what are the advantages of deligates, and as we can directly call to a method what is the necessory to use deligates, with basic examples please asap

.exe is not working but debbuger is working perfectly

Read SQL file and write the outcome to text file
