building mobile applications

respected sir, i am making a project for mobile.it is basically providing services to clients like news feedback,wheather update.you have many articles on your site helpful.but i want to know is there any book which i can refer to make these applications from basics(i am making in .net using c#). or any website,or any help i can get from anywhere.i making a final year project for mobile application.any other language to make the mobile applications that are more simple shashank sharma m.i.t(ujjain)
