Build a Software

What i do for build a Software than it can work with any files..for example : video file , text file .. i want to build a software look like Powerpoint ..it has a scene that we put object into it.. how ?..

i want a application that save a file (file's conent is complex .. Text + audio + image + video).. save and retrive from it.in my app..
