Biometric finger print S/W in C#

Question

Hi friends...

        I want to start the Biometric (Finger Print) S/W in c#.net. I knew this not the ordinary project. So i tried to find some samples in net but i can't get. I don't know what i want to do. Can someone tell me the step by step process, i mean what i want to do initially. because i am a new one to C#. can anyone help me. 

      i already read some topics in net. i can't understand what they are coming to say. thanks for response.
