binding data on next page

Question

Hi i have a form of user creation, where i am filling all the field,with a list box.i want when i click on create button. a link will appear and by clicking on that link the values which is selected from listbox while filling form for creation will display on other page.every value of listbox is following with three textboxes and on drop down.

 I need code for this urgently,please help as soon as possible.basically its bind listbox selected values on next page on clicking  a link. if selected values are three,then they will display as, first value selected from list box then three textboxes and a drop down.In new line other value of list box  and three text boxes and so on.remember, I can select multiple values from listbox while creating user. Its  a web app. please provide code as soon as possible.
