bind a form to panel

Good afternoon everyone! I'm new here and I hope somebody can help me. I've got a mainForm that contains a TreeView on the left side and a panel on the right side. For my application I've createt a few more forms, which do different tasks of the application and help to structure it. Now, what I want the application to do is that the panel shows or binds a particluar form, depending on which item I click in the TreeView. I know that I can make pop-ups, but I need some components (such as a OleDbConnection) from one form in other forms as well. Thanks

You want what appears to the user to be a panel whose controls change according to manipulation of the treeview? Then try multiple panel objects each with the said diferent controls. Then in Form.ControlCollection find the existing panel and do remove on it then insert the replacement panel. Try it and see. The thing about shareable non-visual elements is to have a seperate object to contain them allow each form object to have a handle to said seperate object and have public methods on said shareable object. So for instance ADO objects should not be defined inside a singel form object where they are to be shared do a data access class and instantiate an object from it and do all your ADO stuff in there. I don't know your app so this is just guesswork.

Or is there another way to split up a screen into 2 parts so that i can use the form that I've already created??
